I. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the United States: A flat rate of $8 USD is charged for each order.
Expedited Shipping: If you select expedited shipping (such as 2-Day or Next-Day), the cost will be automatically calculated based on the destination and package weight.
International Shipping: Currently, we only offer international shipping to select countries (such as Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia). The cost is automatically calculated based on the region and displayed at checkout.
II. Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).
Processing time may increase due to inventory updates, payment verification, or incomplete order addresses.
After shipment, we will send a tracking number via email.

V. Import, Export, and Customs Standards
All international orders are subject to U.S. export controls and customs regulations.
Import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees in the recipient country are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a return is due to rejection or unpaid duties, we may deduct the associated shipping and handling fees from the refund.
We are not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or additional fees in the destination country.
VI. Address and Delivery Instructions
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or unreceived delivery, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
VII. Damaged or Lost Package
If the package is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company and resend or refund the package as soon as possible.
Damage or loss not reported within this time limit may not be processed.
VIII. Force Majeure Clause
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, customs delays, war, etc. However, we will do our best to provide the latest logistics information.
