  1. Return and Exchange Period
    You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
    Orders received after 30 days will not be processed.
    If there are any quality issues with the item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt and we will prioritize processing.
  2. Return and Exchange Requirements
    To ensure fairness and safety, please ensure that the returned item meets the following criteria:
    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
    Original packaging, tags, and shoe box must be retained;
    All included accessories (such as insoles, dust bags, etc.) must be included;
    Please try on shoes indoors to prevent wear and tear on the soles;
    Special offers and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Return and Exchange Process
    Submit a Request
    Log in to your account or visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and reason for return.
    Wait for Confirmation
    Our customer service will review and confirm return eligibility within 1–2 business days. Returning Items
    Please use the return shipping label provided and ship within 7 days.
    Refunds and Exchanges
    After inspection of the returned item, we will refund the original shipping method within 5–10 business days.
    If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped immediately after verification.
  4. Return Shipping
    First return within the United States: We will cover the cost.
    Second and subsequent returns: An $8 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
    International orders: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  5. Refund Methods
    Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
    The processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and generally takes 5–15 business days.
  6. Exchange Policy
    We only accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item.
    If you would like to exchange for a different style, please return the item and place a new order.
    The replacement item also has a 30-day return and exchange guarantee.
  7. Product Quality Issues
    Please contact us immediately if the product has any of the following issues:
    Visible damage, unraveling, or significant color discrepancy;
    Received the wrong item or size;
    Structural defects (such as a broken sole or loose heel).
    We will provide a free replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping costs.
  8. Non-Returnable Circumstances
    Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:
    Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged;
    Clearance items, discounted items, or gifts;
    Multiple returns due to changes in personal preferences (e.g., “wearing feels different”).
